Should i rank up 3* Ultron or 3* Nebula?

I would rank up Ultron as he has a fairly strong regen, bleed, armour up, stun, is immune to both poison and bleed. He doesn’t deal much damage against bleed immune champs, so that’s one of his weaknesses. But he’s also a great defender as well as attacker and if you know how to time his bleed with his cauterize ability, he can deal a lot of damage.

As for Nebula, she can power drain and power lock, she is poison and bleed immune like Ultron and she can also regen and deal massive damage with her Sp2+a bunch of shock debuffs. As for her weaknesses, her shock charges take too long to charge and against stronger opponents she will very likely suffer a lot of block damage from charging shock charges and since all if not most of her abilities are reliant on shock charges she probably won’t last long in long quests. Her regen in my opinion isn’t very reliable although it does come in handy a lot of the time.
