He has Fire/heat resistance in real life. and due to its excellent
will power and Intelligence he has Mind control en telepathy resistance as well.

    Honestly I think his armour should’ve given him some type of bleed mitigation. I totally see your point with the immunities, but Dr. Doom is already so powerful, making him quadruple immune (or even quintuple immune) would just be too much in my opinion.

    This is the Doom with brain damage (post encounter with the Leader) who could barely operate his armor much less resist mind control. So give him a break.
