AW Season 23 start date

Good afternoon,

We are trying to plan out the holiday season for the alliance and was hoping for an update on when Season 23 of Alliance Wars would begin. If we assume the normal 2-week off-season, that would mean season 23 will begin on December 23rd for placement. It would be great if the season would be delayed so alliances do not have to worry about AW over the holidays.
