Lost my SIX star hero Crystal!

Dear Kabam, After I claimed the rewards for the 6th year Anniversary I used the 5000 SIX star shards to get a Six star hero crystal however while I was spinning the crystal a weird error message popped up and I was logged out of the game shortly. I tried logging back in it said there was an emergency maintenance However after the maintenance when I logged in my SIX star shards and the crystal had gone and there were no new champions or dupes in my roster pls look into this problem
