Hi.
Am not sure what its called. The green tick in the bottom right hand corner. I have been waiting for cosmic "advancement" for 2 weeks. I keep getting tech,skill and mutant. Is there a cycle. And what is that cycle. Hope that makes sense. Kind regard and thanks for any help in advance
