Change hurt locker timer

As special attacks start taking longer and longer please consider changing the hurt locker timer to start after the special attack completes.

For example Cosmic GR sp2 will end after the timer completes making it impossible to complete it and land a heavy attack.

All of that was useful. For hurt locker, don’t use the same special back to back. It is pretty simple.

I understand that but why make a timer that isn't achievable then. Why not directly deal the damage?
Look at a majority of the new champs and see how longer their sp1/sp2 is and you will see it is not possible to complete a special attack and then heavy. Even torch who stuns on completion of sp2

Why do 100% bleed nodes take 30-60 seconds to kill non-bleed immune opponents instead of just killing them instantly. It's so there are more ways to counter the node via regen champs, shrug off champs, etc. The node is still designed to punish you for not bringing in bleed immune champion it just also leaves room for other ways to play around it. Hurt locker functions the same way, it's designed to punish you for using the same special twice but certain champions will have ways around it ie. a short special animation allowing time to heavy away the blast.

Any champ with a reasonable stun on special can work around Hurt locker pretty easily. If you want to talk about timers, how about adding a timer for aspect of chaos node. Seems reasonable.

If you're talking about 7.1 Encroaching Stun, use a power gain champ. Or use special attacks that stun so you can reliably use a follow up heavy. Or bring heimdall so you can eat 1-2 delayed blasts. Regen champs too. There are options.
