He is good without deep wounds. I don’t know how many points to invest tho.

Absolutely and 5/5

5/5 and do MLLLL, he melts all opponent if bleed. Put 3/3 despair and you will be able to reverse heal as well

He is most definitely good without, even just for synergies. His character can do very well damage and utilities without deep wounds, but with it makes him even better. Wether it’s worth it is up to you.

As many points as you can. He’s a god no matter what though

Deep wounds will change your world on champ's that rely on bleed. Once you see how opponents bleed away with deep wounds, you'll never turn them off unless you need a more specific setup for certain content. NF without deep wounds is like NF without being awakened to me. You kind of need both to see his real potential. He's fine without one or the other, but he is leaps better with deep wounds and bounds better when awakened.
And if you have other bleeders like Blade, Venom, Gwenpool, carnage, etc that frequent your main teams, Deep wounds takes them to another level too. Is Drax good.... Meh, not really, but with deep wounds, he's actually pretty fun. Venom bleeds people out faster than anyone I can think of (even Nick and Domino - outside of specials). People say Blade is forgotten, but max deep wounds and throw an SP2 on someone who bleeds and watch their life erase away instantly.
If you want the best NF, deep wounds and awakened is the way to go. If you want good NF, pick at least one.

Yes, it is very nice for him but not necessary. He still has the same utility and very high damage, just not quite as high as it could be.

It’s definitely still work taking up fury if you don’t have deep wounds. Titobandana is definitely wrong when he says both help equally. Deep wounds is a nice bonus for nick fury but having him awakened is absolutely necessary. They both make him better but you can compare the extent of the two.
Stuch
Nick is still fine without deep wounds, as you can extend the duration of his bleeds using his internal bleeds anyway, and there’s an 7 bleed limit no matter what, so you’ll still be able to keep the same amount of uptime on your light bleeds
Gardener
HE is amazing even without deep wounds if you have deep wounds i would say maybe 4/5
SecretWarri0r
He is good either way but get it anyway and five out of five points
