A.I. Lightning-Fast Response After Sp3

I've noticed lately that in certain harder content (higher tier War, AQ Day 4/5, post-streak 20 arena) that after I use a Special 3, the AI recovers faster than I do. I mean, I should be having the upper hand, but after using an Sp3 and the little animation ends, the AI is already coming at me. If they have enough energy for a special of their own, I have no time to respond, and it's guaranteed damage that I take. Even Block damage is not acceptable, because I am deprived of the chance to evade the attack.
