Well played. That still doesn't change my opinion of quake being overrated.

Exactly, attacks cannot miss. They can still evade. Same as HT's ability at a temperature of 10. Quake isn't effected by vigilance.
What does HT have to do with Quake? Have you even tried using vigilance against an evade champ? I tried my 5* Prof X vigilance against Red Hulk on mix master node in UC EQ last month, he couldn't evade at all.

Please read abilities before you make a statement, Prof X cannot be evaded above 25 cerebro charges

Name 1 interaction with Slow that will effect Quake, Slow effects, such as sorcerers, stealthys, spider gwens and she hulks require for Quake to be hit, which if you are good at Quake will never occur.
