Negative contest credit and no 6th anniversary gift

So earlier this week I got negative contest credit saying I had refunded something from my account yet I haven’t even done a refund to my account I wanted to see why I got negative credits and I also didn’t get a 6th anniversary gift i opened it to press claim and got nothing from it when I went to my crystal vault and my titles and profile picture wouldn’t be claimed also I kept claiming only having. The message appear again, again & again I want to resolve this issue and I want those negative credits to go away please respond KABAM

    In regards to the anniversary gift, if you look at the top of this webpage you will see a yellow box explaining that they are working on getting the gifts sent out to those that did not get them.

    In regards to having negative credits...they cannot help you with that on the forums. You will have to contact support. (Open the game and click the gear icon in the upper left corner and you can send a ticket to support through there.

    Ok thanks so much! for the Negative credits part & yea I hope they fix that because I didn’t get anything at all from it :(
