So was reading champion spotlight again and got me thinking, they say they had to modify his regen cause of the debuffs he has working with willpower would be to much of a benefit. I understand that and don't disagree but why does he get penalized like that while Omega red and Else Bloodstone get absolutely zero penalty while using double edge to activate their respective damage over time debuffs. I got DE doesn't last forever but with max points it's like 20 or 30 secs if I remember correctly.
