Arena difficulty

Hi Arena difficulty is too High. Not all players are Expert. I am just a player but want to win some arena battle but generally i lose. Sometimes they black me and beaten me at second stage. I cannot win at 3x battle. How can i get milliymiş of points. I must win some?! I send some samples please check pictures. Arrange difficulty please
