Need filter option in items

Sometimes it hard to find out specific item from the items menu. I need to scroll more and more and its quite annoying to check source of specific item in tons of items grid. for e.g., I want to check sigstone for mutant that time it is frustrating to load all items there. it will be helpful if you can provide filter option in items (inventory > items).
