Lack of cosmic advancement

This is an ongoing issue with the class advancement roulette wheel. Every so often a particular class gets shut out. People lose isos and get frustrated. Sure you can level up anytime. But to make these class advancements a part of the contest and not come up with a proper algorithm to make it more balanced, is a let down. Please, i implore you, work on this matter immediately. And while you're at it, bring back the level down/downgrade champion period. Sometimes a little reshuffling of one's heroes is healthy for the game.
