Is 5* duped aegon worth rank 4-5 gem??

So my aegon is right now at sig 140....so till now i have done initial run of lol and has completed 6.3 and will be going for initial run for 6.4...i have done initial completion of all the Variants and the explored v4....my current roaster is 6* rank 2 warlock,5* rank 5 capiw,doom,claire, colassus,archangel,human torch and quake....just got rank 4-5 skill from v6 and i have 2 options either hit-monkey which i dont think so right now i need rank 5 hit monkey so will aegon serve me better in future as rank 5??
