I think we can all agree that black panther civil war needs a buff. He is so strong in the movies, so let that translate into MCOC.

    No he isn't meant to be an attacker.
    He was made to be a defender. He may not be the best but he can be annoying

    Yeah, a buff would be well-needed, but to address the latter part of your statement, just because a character is "strong "in the MCU/comics doesn't mean they "deserve" to be "stronger" in the game compared to other characters who are "weaker" in the MCU/comics.
