Nick Fury's LMD issue

As per last two days, I had an issue with Nick Fury's first phase life. Whenever I starts a matchup I start the match with second life, this issue cost me more and more portions. Pls check out this probs kabam.

    What is the issue? You are being incredibly unclear

    Edit: are you saying NF never has his first regular life? Yeah that’s been a known bug, but I thought they fixed it. My 5* NF has been working fine
