Just a couple of questions

Hi there! I have some questions.

1. For the gifting event, If I already own a gifting crystal, do I still have to pay 15 creds to send it to them?
2. Most of the time when I chat someone, or when I chat my alliance or even global chat, and when I recieve mail, I cannot see the messages or the mail until i exiit the game and join back in. This is very annoying and I would really like to know if and how it can be fixed.

you can't gift what you already have. you have to buy gifts. so if you have 10 GGCs, you can't select from those 10 to send. you'd have to buy 10 through the gifting icon and send. it won't allow you to rummage through your own inventory.

Ok so it turns out that this doesnt happen for global, it mostly happens for alliance chat and friend chat
