Greater Gifting Crystals disappearing

Some nice guy sent me a GGC. I go to my mail and have 3 messages. First one is GGC and I accept. So is the second. Then a mail for level use rank rewards came up and I claim. Than I claim the third GGC. I open all my level use crystals and I see only one GGC. I go to my mail and I only have one message that says I was gifted a GGC. Did the message repeat, or did the crystals disappear? This happen to anyone else please answer.
