Bug in new 15.1 Update

I just completed chapter 1 of Heroic, left the quest to checkout the new "souls" items, went back to the quest and it says I've completed 0%.
Seems similar to the last quest exploit where people were getting banned so I just want to give a head's up so my account isn't banned @Kabam Miike
