6.3.1 miles evading venom

Started my grind in act 6.3 and the first fight on the mesmerize and pilfer path was a miles morales and he kept evading my hits...I'm wondering if this is a bug or is it working as intended (he did have 9 of his evade charges btw)

working fine and as intended. pilfer has a chance to nullify venom's klyntar buff which is responsible for ignoring evade of spider-verse heroes.
