Champs that are still bugged

Hi. Was hoping that if anyone knows of a champ that has a bug and has had it for a while they could post it here
One champ like this is punisher 2099, who's regen has been bugged since his release and only triggers once instead of an infinite number of times. I have sent a ticket...that was several months ago
