Was A.I. Uprising synergy nerfed a lot??

I just got a 5 star guillotine and had warlock. I had seen the video of seatin of power gain of this synergy. I felt this was too overpowered but 12 second time makes it a pretty useless synergy.

It was nerfed because it was way too OP...

Calling it useless now is blasphemy. You only have to play a little slower, 12 seconds is not that long.

yeah but it went from op to poop. they can still improve it. atleast i hope.

For Guillotine 2099 that 70% of a bar at the beginning can mean the difference between reaching your sp3 or not on some fights. So it still is very useful. I run it in AQ map 5. roughly 19k defenders. Reach my sp3 right at the point of needing it. without the synergy I wouldn`t
But they might change it a littlebit. Just converting ALL debuffs to 0.7% every 12 seconds.
So if you run suicides you would gain 1.4 bars at the beginning. But it would take 12 seconds for the next debuff. And it hardly ever happens that 2 or more get applied at exactly (relatively speaking) the same time.

It is a very useful synergy for warlock as well. It helps spam sp2s quickly. 12 seconds are not as long as you think.
