#Metal Tag

It occurred to me that some champions should also recieve the #Metal tag. Why doesn't Killmonger and Black Panther Civil War have the metal tag. Their armor is made of vibranium.

Whereas Stark Spidey and Stealyh spidey, whose suit is mostly cloth with metal bits have the metal tag. I'm not complaining just wanted to raise a discussion.

Vibranium isn't earthborn, so it technically isn't metal - that also is why Magneto can't manipulate it. Many threads about this already. Hope this helps!

Why is guardian a metal champ? Seems like he’s wearing spandex?

Not sure where you got that from... Magneto once not only stopped but pulled back a Giant Metal Bullet that was Shot at the Planet Earth from another Planet, because Kitty Pride was stuck inside it to make sure it didn't hit anything...

The reason he can't control Pure Vibranium is because it's Non-Magnitized or a Non Ferrous Metal or however you say it 😂. Same thing with Carbonadium actually so Omega Red really shouldn't be affected by Magnetism.

Like a total nerd, I Googled "Is vibranium magnetic" and the answer is that it is a non-ferrous metal, which is why Magneto cannot control it

Also what? Most if not All Metal and Heavy Materials are Not Native to Earth, they got here same way Vibranium in the comics did. Just way way earlier back during Earth's Formation...

Kabam logic... juggernaut isn't considered a metal champ either haha

Actually that's because of it all being Magic, if it was just Metal then Juggernaut would never be a problem when Magneto was around...

Some champs do/don't have the metal tag strictly because of in game reasoning. To prevent certain champions being too OP. That is all the reasoning they need.

Vibranium is a non-ferrous metal, (non ferrous means non magnetic) therefore it cannot be manipulated by Magneto.

Non ferrous means 'no iron' not non magnetic. Nickel is both non-ferrous (not iron) and ferromagnetic (possessing an iron-like magnetism).
