Energy Cost

Considering players who make all difficuties of the monthly event (for units or Marvel Insider), I think Normal, Heroic and Master should have some changes in the energy cost according to the progress of the Summoner. This upgrade should decrease the energy cost of those difficulties to facilitate the exploration and give us time for other goals. Is that somehow possible?
