Gifting crystal glitch or scam

Tried to report this through the tech support link but it’s not working. I don’t have an alliance currently so I was dumb enough to trade a couple of GGCs on global. Had good luck doing it last year so I figured what the heck. Another player and I swapped 2 crystals (supposedly) and I never received the crystals in my inbox. He claims to have not received the crystals I sent and was accusing me of scamming him. Both of us had our units taken and got the milestone points for gifting. So basically I want to report a glitch in the crystals and be credited by Kabam or report the other players account if he scammed me.

    That’s what I figured but was feeling desperate to partake in the gifting. Can I report the little scumbag or will Kabam not do anything?

    At least the 2 crystals got me 3 GGCs from the milestones so some karma there.
