The game team has resolved this issue. Keys will be distributed via in-game messages and the quest timer will be extended.

As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

Kabam, when the glitch didn’t allow many players to receive their anniversary gift, you announced that it will be resolved soon and everyone will get it and there’s no need to contact customer support.

And now you’ve been telling some players to speak with customer support to get the issue resolved.

So what’s the truth? Will we ever get the anniversary gift? And should we just wait to see the anniversary gift in our inbox or do we need to contact customer support for it?

Please be clear as we don’t want to be left hanging.

    Yeah I'm wondering the same thing... I'd definitely submit a ticket if that's what we're meant to do, but don't want to send it if the missing anniversary gifts still being looked at...
