My name and those Insider points

This has been going on for five or six months now. These promos where you get Marvel Insider points for certain objectives never, ever credit to me. I’ve messaged the Marvel Web team and they email me and suggest they will pass it along to the dev team and that it will be resolved. I have my suspicion that it’s because my in-game name (same as the forum name) starts with a Greek character (β) but that really shouldn’t make a difference, and if so, it should be easily resolved.
Has anyone else had this problem and did you find a solution?
