Act 7.1.2 Encroaching Stun / Hurt Locker path bug (only me)

I already play act 7.1.2 Encroaching Stun / Hurt Locker path but when I check map, it show that I wasn't complete it. I just play this path today and I can remember details of every play. I used this team to play, my first dead is Warlock at Omega red, I swap black widow claire voyant to kill venom boss.
