KABAM - Where is our 6 Year Anniversary gift?

Kabam, earlier this month you announced that you will get the 6 Year Anniversary gift issue resolved automatically and said we don't need to contact Kabam Support. It's been several weeks since then and now Kabam Zibiit says we need to contact Kabam Support to get the issue resolved. Kabam Zibiit's suggestion is contrary to the announcement Kabam made earlier.

What do we do - Do we need to contact Kabam Support or not? Please let us know clearly. BTW, in this regard I have already submitted Ticket # 12907 to Kabam Support but there's no reply from Kabam Support.

    Never mind. Though I never received the mail in my inbox re anniversary gift, I found the reward in my reward stash.

    Those who didn’t receive their 6 Year Anniversary gift yet, I suggest - look for it in your reward stash and it’ll probably be there.
