Kabam not responding to my ticket

I exchanged 10 GGC with one of alliance mate but 6000 units got deducted from my account.. I checked with alliance if someone has got ut by mistake but none of them comfirmed. Its been couple of days now when i raised the ticket with Kabam but they are not respoding to thw ticket. Is there anyone else whose tickets are not answered by Kabam ?
