Updating Greater Solo Crystal!

I've thought about this idea and looked all through the game and forums on how to remedy the issue of TIER 1 APLHAS! We get a few from monthly EQ and every week we can buy up to 10 from the glory store and if you have the black market store you can buy 2. Also you can get 3 more if you grind the tier 1 aplha arena every 9 days! So overall you can rank up 1 5 star from rank 1 to rank 3 a week. Thats insane for med level to hard content players. I think updating the current drop rates for the greater solo crystals from 0.45 percent to say 15 percent heck even 20 percent. These crystals would gain allot of value and people would actually grind out the daily events not just for the 25 units that are given but also the shards included for chances to gain more tier 1 aplhas! .

Let me just say, Kabam just upgraded solo crystals. It’s not going to happen again for a very, very long time.

How do you figure we get like what 3 per month from eqs, 3 per 9 days from arena, 2 from black market store, and you can buy 10 from the glory store. So in all reality if u did all arenas all eqs paid for the black market store and spent all your glory on tier 1 aplhas you'd get a total of 50 per month roughly and it takes 22 tier 1 aplhas to take a 5 star from rank 1 to r5 so u can only level up 2 champs per month which is horrible compared to the variety of champs needed for act 5,6 and now 7 and also variants.

I'm currently finishing up 100 percenting act 5 while working on act 6, working towards that insane thronebreaker title.

No. Endgame players dont need t1a as much because most endgamers only rank 6*s. T1A is so rare, and t2a isnt that bad. There is much more t2a available than t1a.

You are 100 percent correct. You get them from master and heroic each month and you do get 1 tier 1 aplha from variants but that is from 100 percenting the lower tier variant.

100 percent agree im 100 percenting act 5 and currently on 6.4.1 of act 6. My issue is I have a couple r2 6 stars but still don't have the champs I need to do content with them continuously so I have to resort back to 5 stars and I agree tier 2 aplha is more available in the game imo.

Yes but until the last 2 variant releases you didn't get generics they were crystals that you got any of them. So if u got unlucky and got 3 mystic 2 to 3s or 3 mystics 3 to 4 but you needed to rank up a skill or science you were waiting on tier 1 aplhas as usual.

Thats not t1a is it? T1a is needed for other things and especially r2ing 5*s. T1a is an actual problem.

They're in the Glory Store and the Arena, and a number of other areas. They may not be overflowing like some Resources, but there's always something that shifts to the lower end. It's changed over the years. There will always be something we're short on. That's part of balancing.

You can get 12 2-3 rank up gems from the first 4 Variants, and 6 generic 2-3 rank up gems from the last 2 Variants.
That's the equivalent of 90 T1A. You also get from the last 2 Variants 6 3-4 rank up gems, which can save you 36 T1A.

Like I stated before yes you get roughly 50 tier 1 aplhas per month from arena,black market store, monthly eqs and glory store. So you can only rank up 2 5 stars per month from r1 to r5. Which is insane to me. I literally need roughly 350 tier 1 aplhas n I could rank up the God tier champs I currently have sitting at r1 just waiting on tier 1 aplhas. So imo if u changed one small thing in a crystal that everyone can purchase and not locked behind a title or strong content. I think it would improve the game for not only beginners but for end game content to heck even legendary players that want the biggest account total.

Ok yes you are correct but I've completed atleast one run through each variant and currently working on 100 percent variant 5 and 6. The first 4 variants I had duplicates of 2 to 3 gems I couldn't use until I pulled a worthy champ and the 3 to 4s if u can't get em to r2 whats the use of having them. When you have to wait each week for tier 1 aplhas then look and go who gets it cause u know u need that champ for this but next champer your gonna need another.

Oh I've got over 100 t4cc crystals sitting not opened just waiting cause of the lack of tier 1 aplhas. I havent gotten my first r3 but im half way to each one of them so I can't say much about them yet.
