Rank up help..R5 vs R2

I can rank 2 of the following:
6* sym supreme unduped to R2
5* guilly 2099 duped
5* cmm duped (also have NF R5)
I’m cavalier and half way thru 6.2. Focus is on completing act 6 and 7. not looking to do abyss anytime soon. Have all variants completed but not explored. Current r5’s: BWCV, red mags, NF, capiw— R2’s: Corvus, ghost, domino.
Any advice would be great, thanks

    I’d say CMM. Focus on 6*s as they come along. But top tier 5*s are still going to be useful for a long time. And CMM is a beast

    I'd probably say CMM since you have Nick to pair. They destroy. G99 can help out a ton at rank 4.

    CMM looks like the best out of there. Also I am pretty sure that a r1 Symbiote can take down Champion boss, so no need there. Don't rank up G2099 before you reach half way 6.3 to make her keep her combos.

    Um... rank 5 G99 can keep her combo (at least get to SP 3) throughout act 6 even in 6.1 with suicides.
