Need 2x Map 5 AQ Players and AW

We recently lost someone because they got into a doctoral program for his PHd. Here is what you need to know about us.
We do AQ 5/5/4. We CAN do a map6 but we are giving folks some time to adjust to the new map and gather tickets. Our immediate goal is to do 5/5/5 and we are close. Then 6/5/5 or 6/6/5.
We are doing 5/5/4 with two people short no issues. So the extra people are nice but we can still run with two folks down.
We are all adults here. We want people 18+. We hit roughly 200 mil right now weekly and are always looking to push more. Because we are adults here we get people have jobs and family. If you need time off for something talk to us and we will schedule around you. But if you apply please be aware we expect you to be in on aq on a normal basis.
Our average prestige is around 8600 or 8700. It's always going up fast. Please don't apply if you average prestige isn't close or higher than our current average.
We run 2 alliance war battlegrounds. War is not required here but we want to recruit people.who WANT to do war. We always finish on silver 1 / gold 3 line. This season we can and will get into the gold bracket and we are on a winning streak. Please only apply if you want to do war. It's not required and items are not required. We are hitting gold and we aren't forcing people to send money, units, or items. You can if you want but it's not a requirement.
We have no event minimums. We normaly, and easily, hit a million for summoner advancement. We rank in everything. Even if you don't do an event we are going to rank so we would want you to do the minimum to get the t1a. We want you to advance your account.
We are like a family. We don't do drama. Everyone helps out to make the game fun. You will make friends fast. We talk about movies, music, games. If you play another game chances are you will make friends for that game too.
We use line. When you app to us please screen shot your accounts top guys so we can see what you are working with. Lots of us are close to Throne Breaker and lots are already there.
We are super organized and friendly. This game is everyone's hobby so we want you to have fun. We all share the team rewards so we all do what we can around our schedules and we are very successful.
