With my roster, can I do easy path in lol? Also who should I use, and if I cant yet, when will I be able to do an initial clear? I'm cav btw

Other options are Domino with her trinity synergies (Red Hulk and Masacre), but you would need to rank her up for that. In any case, you want the 5* you use to be at least r4 lvl 55 (6* r1 lvl 25). Better to use a maxed 5*, which you only have one of.

I used Ghost for every fight in that completion. Team was Ghost, Ant-Man, Wasp, Hood, Yellowjacket. Learn to use her with Wasp well and bring in Wasp with her - Ghost can handle almost any fight, which is why it's fine to bring Wasp in as one of the slots on the team. It's purely situational when you can't bring in Wasp because of team requirements - in my case, Act 6 because I don't have a 5* or 6* Wasp. Everywhere else, it's worth it to bring Wasp to make things the slightest bit easier for Ghost.
But "why would you?" is the better question. The only thing of real value from the initial clear right now is 4 t2a and a 5* class gem. Neither of those are super rare at this point.
If you're doing it for fun...enjoy. If you're doing it for free...go for it. But the rewards really aren't worth investing units / money into these days.
Ghost's crits cannot be evaded (minus the Labyrinth and Abyss evades, nothing counters those). All you have to do is dash back if your light attacks get Evaded and phase whatever hit the opponent throws. Also, Spider-Man isn't in the easy path of LoL.
Another thing is you have another one of the best evade counters in Nick Fury - I'm guessing you don't know what he does beyond extremely potent bleeds.
Regardles, Ghost with all three of her synergies and Yellowjacket would be more than fine (again, did it myself). Nick instead of Yellowjacket if you wanna use him and take him to r5.
