Cosmic Ghost Rider taking a lot of block damage in AQ.

I don't know if it's a bug. But did anyone notice the high block damage when fighting with CGR? His block proficiency should be high, but he suffers more block damage in AQ then expected. A 5 star rank 4 loses 5% damage per strike on block.
I have to test it a bit more, but I'm curious if anyone noticed it.
