Why is he STILL not causing any damage with his specials? This has been going on for months now and with all the scheduled and emergency maintenances, as well as the latest update, you guys have yet to address this issue and fix it. Why?

    yes i've noticed vision AOU doesn't do any damage with his specials in fact his even not burning any specials like 4/5 time = no burning
