Game Mode: All, including sign-in and menu navigation.
Description of the Issue: Game communication. Loading freezes when logging in, changing screens, opening crystals, advancing through quests, starting fights, finishing fights, game freezes and red communication symbol flashes for 2-3 minutes minimum before progressing. Causes loss of health in aq and cost a fortune in health pots. Makes me want to go solo. Impossible to contribute to a team. Been playing since the start but this seems to get worse every week since beginning of november.

I am having the same issue but only when I log out and back to the game, logging in again takes 15 minutes and once inside it also takes 15 minutes for each screen to completely load like inventory, champions, crystals, fight modes. But when I close the game without logging out and reopen it it all works fine.
I really need help since I have an alt account which I play daily too.
Samsung user also with Samsung Ui 2.0
