CCP And the Unfair long-term Advantage they hold over the rest of us

Recently it was brought up that CCP members have been allowed to rank up and experiment with the champions in the game, and not exclusively the new release champions but rather the rest of the wider champions in game ranging from someone old and useless like let's say Iron Patriot or any of the older Iron Man model champions to the brand new champions of 2020.
Well here's a video of Seatins R3 experiment with a R3 Ægon, assuming a Max Sig and being used in LOL to experiment and try a champions maximum possible range free of charge. No use of resources are needed here because he is in the CCP Beta where he can do this with any champions he chooses even though he knows full well what ægon is capable of!
Why is this a problem??? Because not everyone gets either accepted to the CCP, nor does everyone get to do this in any manner whatsoever. I have 6 star champions I would love to rank up to R2, but no way am I going to spend those resources if I can't roll it back if I don't like the way they perform.
Seatin, this ain't calling you out on anything. Feel free to say what you say I really don't care. But your the only one who takes such punitive advantage of this fact, while your "peasants" can't even get a T5CC letalone a good 6 star to use at any rank. If your gonna this kind of thing, then do it with every champion in the game as a series instead of just flaunting your 🐋 wallet.
And as for Kabam, you should be letting people have access to the beta for more then just CCP needs and let everyday players try something out before they set it in stone since your all so dead set against rank down materials. Right in the first few minutes he says he can do this because he's in the Beta for the CCP and even though he already knows, he's still doing it.
