Annihilus cosmic control rod issues

In Annihilus’s abilities, it specifies that he loses his cosmic control rod when he is inflicted with a fate seal, stagger, or nullify effect. However, it does not state that when inflicted with an armor break debuff, he also loses his cosmic control rod. Whether or not this was intended I cannot say but nevertheless it is not listed in his abilities and therefore can be considered a bug.
For device specifics, I was using an iPad mini 4 on iOS 14.2 while connected to WiFi (I had full bars) and I had the current version of the game (no updates available).
For gameplay specifics this affects annihilus (as previously discussed) and this occurred in literally every fight where my opponent could armor break me whether it be story quests, arenas, or duels (I have not brought annihlus into alliance quests and wars on offense because with all due respect he does kind of suck). Probably the most annoying of these occurrences was fighting vision Aarkus in v6 2.1 due to the fact that annihlus is only immune to cold snap while his cosmic control rod is active.
I do not have a YouTube channel so I cannot upload a video at this time but if someone else would like to try it out and link the video in the discussion below that would be wonderful.
