Which Science champion to R5?

I just did initial completion of Act 6. So I have R3 - R4 science gem and several T5B in overflow. I am wondering which science champion to R4 and then R5, Void, She-Hulk, or Spider-Gwen. Right now, I have Cap IW, Quake and Human Torch at R5. I normally use Doom for power control and HT for health reversal. I don't have any slow champions, but I recently pulled 6-star Red Guardian.
I normally run suicides, that's why I didn't invest in Void. But I have recently turned them off for Grandmaster and I am enjoying no suicides, so don't let mastery affect your decision.

Abyss initial run + exploration
Variant 5 and 6 exploration
Monthly EQ cavalier
