Act 6 100% or abyss 100%?!?

I have 6.1 and 6.2 100% and completion on 6.3 and 6.4 1 act 7.1 100% aleady
1 path done in abyss.
I have a very deep roster and just wanted more opinions on if i should do abyss 100% or act 6 100% first
