Did you changed anything in mastery Block proficiency?
Early this ability for CA IW did total block with null damage for parry.

    I've seen this too, he can perfect parry oppents in act 7 but fails to do the same in duels

    Mines working as normal. You probably took points from the Block Proficiency mastery.

    Yeah, parry at 3/3 is worth it. But, you can also bring Guardian for synergy instead, should have a similar effect.
