Ggc hasn’t shown up in my account

I sent someone some gc for a ggc. They got their items and I haven’t gotten mine. We both have screenshots. This was 7-8 hours ago, and I’ve reset a bunch of times. Is there anything I can do to get my ggc?

Also, I had a couple other people tell me they’ve had the same issue, where they do trades and have screenshots and couches and the ggc just doesn’t arrive

I don’t see how it’s a scam though, unless they have the best act and photoshop skills I’ve seen in a long time
