Just thought I share my experience.
The way I was able to get Customer support to file a ticket on the new support page was I had to log in with my gmail account that is connected with my Mcoc account.
Took me about 30 mins of re typing in my information, then finally my ticket was submitted.

Got my first response in 22 hours, only to be transferred to the appropriate department . I have to say from experience, the customer service response is significantly slower than what it use to be.
Would be nice if they give you an ETA
