Why we cant see next maps before starting AQ ?

As we know we have 3 maps for Alliance Quest,
Why we leaders cant know before which map will be opened? Cant choose the maps I mean we have to know which map will be opened. Because we planning the way to our users their ways. But if we not to know the next map we really disturbed when map opened.
We just estimate next map but we planning every way to 3 maps for our users but if our members change before the start AQ this really hard for us to planing opened map...
So how we know which map will bi opened next week?
Or Kabam will be planned this problem to sol? @Kabam Miike
