Gentlemen, it seems like people who are getting Mephisto are using Android Devices, All the people using iPhone something is wrong with the algorithm, we all didn't get it. Can we help collecting the information the one that pulled him with Android or iOS devices. Thanks

Seems perfectly reasonable. My mate is Iphone 7+ user, did not see meph at all
Kabam has a fire on its hands. At this point, even if we were assured that everything was “functioning as intended” I’m not sure I can trust that response unless this is in someway specifically addressed. It’s going to take a lot to convince me that an alliance going 0-30 and my own alliance of cøre going 1-20, in conjunction with a bugged update, is somehow coincidental

No, you missed my point entirely. If the spinner is there to give you confidence, why not load it up with lots of featured champs. When ever I see a video if someone spinning, there's lots of juicy prizes. If there are exactly zero, doesn't that mean something isn't working as intended?
iPhone 7 here... opened here mephisto featured crystals and got KK, OML and duped my WS... terrible terrible pulls... so far only one person out of fifteen or so has gotten mephisto

Most likely not. But I’m willing to wager he and his alliance may have individually opened more featured 5*’s today than the majority of the community has opened as basics in their entire time playing the game.
@ Vivviegainz, The spinner just give visual representation, as soon as you press the 15K shards, they already gave you the champs. We understand that. Just its weird, 1st time 0/30, and core 1/20. Thanks
There is no problem here. Nothing is different about this Crystal than any other 5-Star Featured Crystal. I'm sorry that some of you are having bad luck with the Crystal, but a few people having bad luck does not mean there is anything wrong with the crystal.
As you can see, there are lots of people pulling Mephisto. Just because you don't see him in the Reel does not mean he isn't in it.
