Prevents from moving after activating a special

This needs to be fixed ASAP. This was never a problem after any updates until this most recent one. I have played this game for over a year and a half now. This is a total change in fighting ability and essentially prevents your ability to attack a champ after you use a special. This is a common way to fight stun immune champs and a common way to fight in lol. I hope this is unintended and not a purposeful way to hinder the way some people fight.

What’s more, this bug basically makes Hawkeye unusable as a champ. Anybody who has him knows that what makes him good is his l1 power drain. You can’t use his l1 now or else u are going to get combo’d to death after.
