Duped r5 havok to r5 or 6* to r2 (unduped)

Which is the better move. Just starting 6.2 now. Shoulda started earlier. Will place on D and use whenever I feel like using him :)

Which is the wiser move ? I feel like I miss the plasmas when I play the 6* but I’m not too sure
