Same old bug in alliance quest

Am I the only one who begins a fight in alliance quest. And when the game goes into the loading screen it takes forever to load. I've waited over 20min once and it hadn't loaded. My device is very compatible and my internet connection is really good. So i don't understand why this happens. When I do go back in the game and go back to alliance quest my champ is on exactly half health. I've been spending all of my glory (4-5k) a week just for revives and potions for alliance quests. Where I could be using them to get resources to rank up champions. I feel like I'm running around in circles in this game when it comes to alliance quest. I've reported this to kabam but nothing has ever been done. No compensation was ever given out. It is becoming really frustrating now.
